Who we are
Premi Sette is operated by J. O., who is the data controller for the information you keep here — meaning they decide how and why your information is used, as described on this page.
Why we process information
We process information when it is needed to provide the service you request, fulfill our agreement with you, protect the service and its users, comply with legal obligations, and pursue legitimate interests such as preventing fraud and improving reliability. Where consent is legally required, we rely on consent, which may be withdrawn.
Your account is yours alone
Only you can see your profile, your loved ones and your messages when you are signed in.
Drafts stay private
Anything you are still working on, and anything set for a future day, is never shown to anyone else.
Each loved one sees only their own
A family member opens their own private page and finds only the messages you addressed to them, and only after the day you chose.
Your recordings are kept locked away
Videos, voice recordings and photos are stored privately. They can only be opened through your account or a loved one's private link.
You can change your mind
Names, dates, recipients and messages can be edited or removed at any time.
How your family is told
On the day you choose, we send your loved one a short email saying a message is waiting for them. The message itself — your words, your voice, your video — is never sent by email. They sign in to Premi Sette to see it.
Removing your messages or your account
You can delete any message, recording or family member from inside the app at any time. If you want your whole account and everything in it removed, email us at support@premisette.com from your account's email address and we will delete it, including your recordings.
If you make a payment
Payments are handled by our reseller, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for our orders. Paddle collects your payment and billing details directly — we never see or store your card information. From a payment we keep only the email address used, the amount, a reference number, and whether it was paid or refunded, so we can give you the access and credit you paid for and answer questions about it.
Who else touches your information
Only the services that make Premi Sette work: our hosting and database provider, our email provider for the short notices we send, and Paddle for payments. We also share information where the law requires it. We keep what you save for as long as your account exists, and delete it when you ask us to.
